The Xocolate Bar (pronounced 'shocolate') derives its name from the Aztec word for chocolate, Xocolatl. This is a throwback to chocolate's roots in Mesoamerica, where it was first revered as a food of the Gods. At The Xocolate Bar, we honor those roots.
