About our Couverture:

We combine several different fine chocolates to achieve our signature dark chocolate blend. Its high cacao content (around 70%) makes it intensely chocolatey, but not overly bitter. No waxy mouthfeel either - our couverture is silky smooth with a clean finish. Most of our chocolate comes from Venezuela and Madagascar, where they produce the best cacao beans in the world. Be forewarned : Once you’ve tried it, you may never eat drugstore chocolate again!

An intense, earthy ganache made with dark chocolate, organic cardamom, and organic cream.
2 Aztec Amor (heart with wings)
A fiery milk chocolate ganache made with organic cream, cinnamon, organic orange zest, and chili guajillo. The dark chocolate exterior maintains a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and rich.
3 Golden Tamarind Mango Buddha
Inspired by Mexican candy, this vegan ganache center is made with
tamarind, mango and agave nectar. Our bestselling bonbon.
4 Blackcurrant Sapphire
a vegan ganache center made with organic blackcurrant juice and agave nectar. Tart and fruity, like Clive himself.
5 Dulce de Leche
Chilean caramelized sweetened condensed milk piped into
a 70% dark chocolate shell.

A solid dark center with natural anise flavoring (in the fennel family,

11 Lavender Walnut Fudge
A thick dark chocolate ganache infused with fresh lavender blossoms

12 Lavender Marshmallow Pillow
A gourmet marshmallow dipped in lavender-infused dark chocolate.

13 Divine Raspberry Fig
